How Do I Get Started?

Please email Speech & Myo of Lubbock directly at info@speechmyolubbock.com to schedule an appointment, call our office at (806) 317-5268, or fill out a contact form so we can get back with you ASAP. 

Do You Take Insurance?

We do not take insurance, all services are private pay and considered “out of network”.  Payment is expected at the time of service via check, credit/debit card, or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) card. After payment, a superbill (medical receipt) can be provided that you submit directly to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement using your out-of-network benefits. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network reimbursement for speech therapy. However, coverage will depend on your specific plan and may vary based on the specific diagnosis, so it is important for you to understand the details of your policy.

Do I need a doctor referral?

While we do not require a physician referral/prescription to begin services for private pay clients, your insurance may require one if you plan to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. It is recommended you contact your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network benefits and any requirements for reimbursement.
